GigFlo (“we”, “us”) provides event-management and guest song-request software for professional DJs. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our marketing site, DJ portal, and guest event pages.

Information we collect

Account and business details from DJs; lead and demo inquiry information; event configuration; and guest request details such as song selections, optional names or dedications, and technical data needed to operate secure event access.

How we use information

To provide and improve GigFlo, respond to demos and sales inquiries, operate events and request queues, communicate product updates, and maintain security and integrity of the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use subprocessors (for example hosting, email delivery, or analytics) under appropriate agreements. Spotify-related features use Spotify APIs according to Spotify’s terms when a DJ connects an account.
