- What is GigFlo?
- GigFlo is an event-management and guest song-request platform for professional DJs. Showcase services, run events, collect requests, and stay in control of the queue — from one place.
- Does GigFlo play music?
- No. GigFlo does not replace your DJ software. It manages your business website, events, guest requests, blacklists, and live queue — while you perform with the tools you already trust.
- Do guests need an app or Spotify account?
- No. Guests open a mobile web page from your event link or QR code, search songs, and submit requests in seconds — without installing anything.
- Can I approve requests and block songs?
- Yes. You control approval, prioritization, and played status. Global and event-specific blacklists can block tracks, artists, keywords, and explicit content before they clutter your queue.
- Can I manage multiple events and branding?
- Yes. Create branded event pages, unique guest links, QR codes, and request windows for each gig — with optional Spotify playlist association.
- Is GigFlo DJ software?
- GigFlo is business and event operations software for DJs. It does not play music or replace Serato, Rekordbox, or similar performance tools.
- Can each event have its own do-not-play list?
- Yes. Use global business rules and event-specific blacklists together so every gig gets the right guardrails.
- Can I use my own branding?
- Yes. Brand your public website and event guest pages so clients and guests recognize your business.
- Can I create QR codes?
- Yes. Each event can generate guest access with a unique link and QR code.
- Which Spotify account is used?
- The DJ connects Spotify in the portal for search and playlist workflows. Guests do not need their own Spotify account.
- Can I use GigFlo without Spotify?
- Core event and request workflows can run, but Spotify-powered search and playlist sync depend on a connected account.
- How is guest information handled?
- Guest details submitted with requests are used to operate the event and your DJ workflow. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Can I cancel or change plans?
- Commercial terms are confirmed when you join. Talk with sales about changes as your business grows.
